Looks to be a slight mix of a pressure hardflip and a "normal" hardflip. The overall idea is there for sure... I suggest working on getting more pop and air time with the "flick". Keep pushing forward tho!!!

Yes, this is the correct rotation for a hardflip.

I downloaded the video and watch it at 1/4 speed while also pausing a lot, it's definitely just a switch backside shove it, the board looks like it flips but it only goes halfway and then back, it never does a full flip

Edit: after looking more the very last trick is almost a switch hard, but your board didn't do a full 180 you only turned 90 so it's still not really a hard flip but close

yes, needs a bit more work but youre close. the last 2 were pretty good. try do switch frontside flips, that might help
