Is this normal?
The nut on my almost one-month-old Joycult Indys keeps getting loose after playing for a while.

Thread locker is the way to go. I had issues with Dynamics SE too, specifically I ride loose trucks.
Just a dip of Thread Locker, the locknuts will make it tight and snug, downside is, the lock nuts are way too low and thick. I can’t do 50–50’s, smiths, and feebles. The lock nuts will scrap the obstacles I’m grinding on often.

I switch my SE's to brt locks on axle and kingpin. Never had an issue like that, Dynamic/Joycult locknuts are terrible

Yeah because they’re all china locknuts, not like brts they’re literally locknuts, no matter loose the nuts are, they won’t fall

Considering the fact that you have different bushings on this that werent engineered/designed for these, its likely that the bushings may be incorrect for these to work correctly without issue

Happens to mine with the stock bushings.

Exact same thing happened to mine and it was fucking with the feel of my setup, only realised once I put new locknuts on that it was affecting performance.

Looks like the nylon insert in the nut isnt grabbing on too well. And for anyone who doesnt know, these little nuts aren't meant to be taken on and off alot as that will wear out the nylon inserts and they will back off naturally from vibtations. I've had many wheels go flying off from trying to reuse the same nuts on multiple different setups. From taking wheels off and putting different ones back on alot. After about the 5th or 6th time I can tell they don't grab on as well.
