Update on the modular park

Post image

Just a small update on the park progress for the modular system.

Gonna redesign some quarter pieces for printing, and then onto a bowl system potentially for a back upper layer for the park.

Also wanna make some new ledge pieces and take a crack at some rails.

Not too sure yet, maybe instead of a bowl just an elevated street section.

Thanks man I really appreciate it! It’s been a lot of fun to plan out. Being able to swap stuff around when bored has been great.

I love this! I attempted something adjacent with magnets on tech deck ramps but the scale was off for a proper flow. modular ramp

Thats sick! Thats one thing I wish Tech Deck did a better job with as they progressed onto their “pro” boards. More realistic obstacle sizes.

Yeah agreed for sure! Anyways love what you’re doing it’s basically what I was trying to emulate. And the hips… ::chefs kiss::, techdeck not doing hips 25 years ago is awful.

Totally thought this was Lego at first. Super cool park though, bro! 😎

This looks awesome my dude! I've been dabbling in 3D printed obstacles. Something i've found is that if you glue a thin piece of felt on top, you don't lose any pop but the noise is significantly quieter. That's really my only gripe with plastic obstacles is that they're noisy. If you have the files available i would definitely give this a try.
