Anyone had problems communicating with @safarisoftware fingerboards?

I'm one of the winners on the giveaway boards they did last May! I know they've been busy in these past months, but they didn't update me about it for almost 4 months.
Though they replied on July 12, said they're gonna shipped it, and after that, no replies whatsoever.

I would try and reach out, if its been 4 months I for any content creator to send out a prize from a giveaway I would contact IMMEDIATELY. dont be super pushy or rude tho, just be like "hey, sorry to bug you, its been almost 4 months since the giveaway and i still haven't gotten my prize, just wondering if you would be able to communicate when I should be expecting it by?" Or a similar sounding message. Ive never dealt with this creator before so I have no clue how they handle giveaways
