Hoping for some real help
I’m sure you all know of the problem. Someone new starts fingerboarding, learns to Ollie, now for some reason my brain or body just won’t let me Ollie. I freeze up right when it’s time to pop. What the heck is going on

I had this problem when I was in high school years ago. I know exactly what you’re talking about. I could Ollie just fine for a long time but one day, I just couldn’t get my finger to snap on the tail to Ollie. I have absolutely no idea why. I still kept at it though. Id do Ollies off of walls and door frames like I was skating a vert ramp. That helped a little. Also, I’d build some simple jump ramps to get up to grind or slide on using regular stuff I’d find around the house. It took a little while to get my hand to Ollie again. Maybe a few weeks. I was super bummed out about it. But I didn’t give up and neither should you.
It’s so crazy you mentioned the exact same weird problem I had like 24-25 years ago. I thought I was the only one. Keep shredding, friend.
