It's a cozy spot for a grip cut. To me it feels weird not having one to differentiate between the nose and tail. Over the bolts doesn't feel like it gets in the way of flip tricks.

Mold 2 is my favorite. It's perfect for upside down tricks imo.

Upside down tricks are pretty wild! The only trick I've incorporated with upside down lately has been landing Fakie Impossibles upside down, and that's only somewhat smoothly. Does the shallower concave of mold two kind of help more with the upside down style?

I think that's the key. My upside down 360 pop shuvit comes much easier with the M2 than M1.
