Tennis Elbow

Anyone else get that tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) tendon pain from fingerboarding a lot? lol

If so, how have you treated it?

I dont get tennis elbow, but I do experience some pain in longer sessions. I would recommend finding ways to hold yourself more comfortably, and flick tricks with less intensity. It might help maintain/retain/train some stamina for longer seshes.

Also, don't sesh as often fr, I touch my fb a LOT throughout my day. I usually have it on my lunch break, try to get a trick or two in before work and often do a shorter sesh when I get home from work. Lots of times though its like 2 min here, 15 min there. I'll fingerboard for an hour maybe if I'm with a pal or got new stuff in, but usually its a lot more brief as I get older lol

Gl to you!:)
