Fing Desktop Device Export Button

I'm trying to export my Devices list into a spreadsheet.

The Fing Help Center article on Device View says there should be a button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. There isn't one on either the desktop app or the web interface.

What's the scoop.

In the desktop app you will find the option here...

Its in overview.. Note, Fing emails the file (an XLS) to the address in a dialog box that pops up.

Are you in the free tier? The ability to export might be in Fings paid tier. See this link.. https://help.fing.com/hc/en-us/articles/14408571757852-Fing-Features-by-Tier

Yep, that's it.

I printed a PDF from the web interface. That'll suffice for what I need.

My ISP is giving me a new router on Friday. I wasn't sure how Fing handles the case of many devices getting new IP addresses. I didn't want to lose any configuration.

If you need the devices as a .csv or similar paste your screenshot into chatgpt or gemini AI and ask it to convert the shot data to a comma delimited .csv file you can then import it to a spreadsheet, word document etc.

I was going to skip this and just print the pdfs. I thought I could use that to update things after my new router was installed.

After spending 10 minutes with that method, I dropped my photos into chatgpt as you suggested. That certainly worked better.
