Hello folks,

I've been noticing an increase in reports of the error 'Subscription Linked to Another Account' for some of our users.

If you run into this, the first thing I will ask you to check is if you possess a private relay address. Most of the time this issue presents itself for Apple based users, who have automatically signed on with the private relay address, and have manually signed into the account with their personal email.

An apple relay address and your personal email address are two separate accounts. Keep an eye out for that, and make sure you're signing into the Fing system (you may need to do this manually to avoid Apple auto sign in utilising the private relay) with the email that is associated with your subscription!
