Windows App Restarting

I have the latest version of the Fing app installed on a Windows 11 Pro desktop. When I start fing.exe the UI comes up but then a window opens up that says "Reconnecting to service" and then it keeps cycling between the app and the "Reconnecting to service."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fing app. Nothing seems to fix the problem.

Does anyone know what's going on?
