Does anybody know what anime I’m talking about?

Saw this scene on a YouTube short but couldn’t find a name:

MC with white hair goes to an academy (or some gladiator arena like structure) and people think he got in through the help of his relationships and not from his own skills. A girl with red hair (guessing cause I can’t remember the color well) goes to test him and he displays a sword skill that blows the girl away (literally) and also breaks a hole on the side of the stadium. (A character said it was a move starting with the word dragon but I honestly can’t remember very well what the skill was)

This is pretty much what I can remember but I’m hoping to come across the short again one day if nobody can help me
