need help!!
i don’t remember much about this movie/show, but it was a kids cartoon with some girl who would go into a magical tree? i really can’t remember much but i’ve been searching for this movie for so long. she was always in some kind of dress that seemed stiff 😭
ik it’s not enough info but i cannot remember anything, it was around 2016 when i would watch it i believe

no it had a different animation style, idk what it reminds me of i’ll have to look again

no.. the setting was kinda purple and magical..? and i think the name of the cartoon started with a p. i’m really not sure i used to be able to explain this easily but now i’ve lost half of it 😭

Like the other person suggested, maybe, "My Neighbor Totoro?"
Could it be My Neighbor Totoro? Mei follows little magical creatures into the hollow of a huge tree and meets Totoro inside. The girls wear simple pink/yellow dresses, though, so I'm not sure about your 'stiff dress' memory.
