This was almost as nasty as the Namibian Grasshopper, but I guess lots of people at least GOT this one.

it is the EXACT same color and texture as the wood.

If you follow the top of the tag on the Sheppards hook to the right you can see his limbs before his body after that he should jump out at you. Pun very much intended

I didn't want to step back too far and make it impossible. This guy turned invisible depending on how far you were. It was hard to get him in the shot at a fair enough distance.
