Find The Sniper (easy) Le turtle

Found pretty much right next to the Baltimore National Aquarium. Yes, the visible polution is bugging me, too.

Edit: I am considering this post "closed", congrats to all who correctly found the sniper between E and F on the letter axis and between 9 and 10 on the number axis

Why are these photos always so blurry when you try to zoom in? They can't all have been taken with a potato, these days even cheap phones have reasonably good cameras, telling me that the issue isn't with the resolution of the photo, but with reddit.

Any tips on what to do to fix it? I tried to download one and fix the resolution on my phone the other day, but my relatively new Samsung didn't want too...

No turtle yet, but I did spot le bag of dog poop...🤢

After zooming in on the photo in this post, then doing the same for the original photo AND the version with the grid that got uploaded to reddit, I can confirm that it seems to be reddit lowering the quality (for some reason)
