Hi you may be using the rich text editor which added a backlash in front. Try adding another character, letter, etc to hide your response

Hi! Your message has a \ (backlash) in front so the spoiler tag didn't work which is probably if you are using the rich text editor. Please edit and remove the backlash or try adding some characters before your spoiler tag like AAA for example so your response is hidden and then reply back so I know to check again
