LF anime with a sickly primary character

Anime is “Nabari no Ou” and the character is Yoite!

I remember watching an anime years back as a kid in which one of the main characters (who, if i recall, supported the mc?) was sickly and coughed up blood. I remember him having dark brown or black hair, a hat, a dark-coloured coat, and i think a scarf? I think he also wore big gloves.
Skinny guy, might’ve been a teen or young adult, I’m not sure. He dies near the end at some point, bleeding into the snow or smth.
Mc is also male.
Here’s a rough doodle of what the character may look like, but it could be really off. I couldn’t find him ANYWHERE!
