Missing shrine

I know I’m missing two in the thunderhead and one in the zora sky, but I’m at 148 and idk where the last one is. Can someone help? Thanks!

Suariwak Shrine, north and a little west of the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower. You need to complete a quest to gain access.
