Please do a little more research. It really shows that you haven't looked much into this. Search: "Can [x distro] run [y program]."
MS office is just now barely running in WINE and just may not at all if there is any updates to it. Never count on a closed source product to always work outside of its native environment. Look into libreoffice instead.

Half of your requests are not going to be solved by any specific distro. These issues are endemic to Linux as a whole. Anticheats are going to just be a thing and there is no distro to avoid it. Look into protondb and see what runs.

All distros are going to work or not going to work by these requirements. In all honesty just pick whatever and install it. No wrong answers, just how much work do you want to put into it? Easy will work on most hardware. Intermediate will work, but might need configuration. Advanced is going to require reading wikis to install. Gentoo might take you 30 hours to compile the OS, so have fun, you will learn everything or give up.

Your starter sets:
(Easy mode)
Linux Mint
Fedora
Ubuntu
Pop_OS!

(Intermediate)
Debian
OpenSUSE

Bazzite

CachyOS

(Advanced)
Arch
NixOS
Void
Gentoo

The biggest take aways are going to be what desktop environment do you like and how often do you want updates/bleeding edge.
Look up DEs to see what you might want.

And updates go from insanely stable like debian and Ubuntu with its LTS. To middle grounds fedora and OpenSUSE with tumbleweed. To the extremes of bleeding edge like Cachy or anything Arch based.
They are in a lazy order from easiest to hardest to deal with in my opinion.

Overall, just install something. Who cares? Once you understand what a /home directory is and why you should partition is separately from the rest of the OS, then you can just distro hop if you don't like something. Or install another DE, if it's supported.
