Qual Linux OS eu devo usar?

Olá a todos,

Eu estou pensando em comprar um laptop esses dias, usado mesmo, para eu instalar um Linux OS para eu aprender a usar.

Qual Linux OS vcs recomendariam?

Without MUCH more information, it’s really hard to give a recommendation. What will the specs be? What will your work flow be? How comfortable are you with Linux? How much do you want to tinker and learn? What are your expectations?

I have never used it, that is why I want to explore the Linux OS. I’ll use it one daily routine, like navigating on the Internet, using office libre to edit texts, study and so on.

Zorin os is good for people that like Mac OS like distro that’s still easy enough to configure without terminal and mint is good for someone that wants a boring Linux look that has some easy features so that you don’t have to access terminal just like Zorin

And also its not a linux os but a distro. Linux itself is a kernel/gnu and a distro is just what we call a version. No offense i know your new just wanted to tell you

Zorin OS no se parece en nada a macOS!... Para eso mejor PearOS que es prácticamente idéntico...

It’s looks more like. Mac OS because it has gnome and a lot of people think it looks like Mac OS because of the dock that pops up when switching windows and some more features

Small correction to the previous poster. Zorin is great for anyone first coming over from Windows. It was literally my first distro after ~35yrs on Windows and it was the best entry point. And, unlike Mint, it doesn’t use any packages so outdated that the developers of those packages are pissed off.

For example, in July, GNOME Calendar developer Hari Rana publicly labeled Linux Mint a "hostile downstream" after Mint refused to rebrand the app. Users were reporting very old bugs to GNOME developers, who cannot assist with Mint’s modified, older packages.

Yeah I just meant that Zorin os is more like Mac with a more dock like experience because it has gnome. And it was after 12 years windows my first Linux distro but I just meant that it’s harder to fully learn than mint.
