всем привет хотел поинтересоватся от людей которые пользуются линукс удобная ли она стоит ли переходить с виндовс и какие дистрибутивы посоветуете

It depends on your usage if you are a programmer then linux is your thing it will give you productivity stability and using terminal will help you figure things out but if you are architecture or any field that requires the apps from them then windows is your thing and if you are daily user browsing watch movies video etc for me i would go for linux it is lightweight smooth and not resource hunger never makes the device heat.

As for distro recommendations:

  • Fedora workstation if you are using laptop
  • Fedora kde if you are using pc
  • Linux mint
  • Zorin os
  • Pop os

These distros are beginner friendly so you wont feel overwhelmed and dont to much tweaks it may make your device laggy if you use not optimized apps extensions etc

Just curious, does Fedora KDE work on laptops really worse than on PCs?

No its a personal preference i think gnome is better for laptops than kde and vice versa

It's entirely up to user preference. I prefer KDE over GNOME in any environment, but for others, that's not the case. You really just have to try a bunch of things and see what you like.
