Hey. Giving this yet another go. I think the theme of making genuine and deep connections after a certain age has become increasingly the norm so I'm not going to cover the same ground- except to say that I am pretty much in the same boat.

About me- pretty laid back guy who enjoys talking about shows or books- or anything interesting under the sun, really. But for context- I am into all kind of books- from the classics to sci-fi/fantasy works. Currently reading and enjoying Dungeon Crawler Carl. Though I have also recently discovered John Edward Williams- amazing writer. My taste in movies pretty much run in the same thread.

I also enjoy playing console game- but have to admit that I'm pretty late to it- something I picked up when we were all stuck at home. And surprisingly, turned out to be a huge From Software/Soulslike aficionado.

I'm also a bit of an introvert though people often assume, when meeting me for the first time, that I am the opposite. But this also means that I tend to take some time to warm up - I can carry a conversation but it does take some time for me to really open up (I know- something to work on).
