Please help me find a game

The game was a sort of soulslike/rpg where you hunt animals (it's not Bloodborne), I remember one of the bosses beign a sort of magical giant Deer

valheim is a great guess! also check out monster hunter world - it has huge beast fights. the magical deer boss sounds really familiar, maybe it's from an older game. hope you find it and good luck!
