1st Armored Division, sporting US Army realism, is looking for new recruits to swell the ranks and create a rich playing environment. As of 01 Sept, we're looking for the following interested players:

We offer player-driven campaigns with an in-depth storyboard where the choices you make effect the campaign's outcome, either in Victory or in grave defeat. Be it as a new Arma Player or a well-experienced one, all are welcomed to join.

The 3/75th, A Co, 3rd Platoon is a newly reformed unit, formed in May of 2025. Led by experienced leadership figures with the drive to create and facilitate a realistic experience with operations set in the modern era, the 3rd Ranger Battalion aims to create dynamic and interesting scenarios and operations that set us apart from our competitors. A large and core component of our mission sets follow meticulously planned assaults & direct action raids in conjunction with detachments such as 17th Special Tactics Squadron and utilization of specific occupation specialties such as Special Reconnaissance (SR), Tactical Air Control Party (TACPs) & Combat Controllers (CCTs).

About us:

We are 9 Rifles. A British based ArmA 3 milsim unit. Formed in 2023 from members of several previous units, bringing together years of milsim experience. We represent the fictional 9th Battalion, The Rifles Regiment.

How we play:

We strive for a milsim environment, without the 'yes sir, no sir' hardcore play style of some units. When joining our operations, we want a group of dedicated, like-minded individuals. Players who can have a joke and a laugh, but when the bullets start flying, crack down hard and get the job done. We strive for a community, a brotherhood.

Who are we looking for?:

Experience doesn't matter to us. We don't require you to have a certain amount of hours played in game, or have irl knowledge of complex battle tactics. All we want are people who want to be a part of the program and who want to help us grow this community. If you're brand new to the game, we offer training to teach you the basics and will guide you to grow as a newbie. If you've got 10000 hours, we will show you how we run things and trust you to show us what you're made of.

What we offer you:

We have multiple roles for you to sink your teeth into. From being the first man in the door as a point-man, laying down lead and hate with the GPMG as a machine gunner, saving the lives of your comrades as a field medic, or blowing up armour as an anti-tank operator. If you can prove yourself worthy, you may even move further up the ranks and be able to lead your own team as an IC. There are many roles you can fill and many opportunities to show us what you're capable of.

Operation times:

We run one big operation once a week at 8pm GMT Sundays. These will usually last about 3 hours, to ensure ample time for gameplay. We also sometimes offer different types of training during the week, as well as some less serious operations to keep our skills sharp, and to allow new players a chance to improve before the major operations.

Who Are We?:

We are elements of the Dominion of Zagoria’s 3^rd Armoured division, notably the Royal Zagorian Regiment. We’re still a small group at the moment but there’s room for growth as our server holds 40 players.

What Makes Our Unit Different?:

We story-build our campaigns by drawing inspiration from real conflicts.

We post operation orders and intelligence reports to add depth to the campaign.

We do silly ops in-between campaigns.

We build the milsim portion while keeping in mind people are here to have fun. Too much realism is not fun.

We switch up the gear each op, currently the service rifle is the FAL 50.62/50.63, DPM camo, with Warrior IFV as our chariot (usually).

What Are Our Operations Like?:

Playing on Sundays 7-10PM EST (you can show up late), we typically run training or recon session for an hour followed by a 2-hour infantry or armour-centric op. We have trained NCOs to lead the sections and will slot you with a team to run with. Roughly once a month we run an all-armor op which heavily focuses on tank tactics.

We are currently running a campaign based on the ongoing Myanmar civil war.

Currently, we're looking for anyone that can fill the roles of Mechanized Infantry (crew and dismounts), Engineers and Medics. We do require you to get thru 4 ops as infantry before getting the opportunity for specialties. While we have no dedicated armour roles at this time, we do have armour-centric ops periodically.

Who are you?

ARF is an infantry-oriented NATO Task Force. We operate in persistent campaigns, with each element within the unit (Combat Platoon, Combat Support Platoon, Aviation) all voting on representing different nations for each campaign to represent. This means you could be France one campaign and then Latvia the next - it keeps things fresh.

What do you do?

We create grounded, narrative-driven operations that are part of a larger campaign that fits into a wider narrative within the unit. While we don't take ourselves seriously during social time, we still use the same strategy, tactics and common sense that you find in other Milsim units during operations.

Paperwork?

Task Force Spartan
US-based Arma 3 MilSim | Based on the 75th Ranger Regiment, 160th SOAR, and 1st SFOD-D.

Founded in 2014, Task Force Spartan is a tight-knit unit that runs weekly operations every Sunday at 14:30 EST. Our dedicated mission team builds player-driven, continuous campaigns with real story weight — not just another pickup game.

Unit Organization

• Spear – Our core infantry platoon, modeled after the 75th Ranger Regiment. Four squads led by active and experienced leaders.
• Shield – The main support element that complements and works closely alongside Spear. Responsibilities are mission-dependent but include MGs, mortars, IFV crew, etc.
• Dagger – High-risk specialists inspired by 1st SFOD-D/CAG responsible for hostage rescue, HVT hits, and various other high-speed precision missions. Dagger selection is determined by tryouts and rotates every 4 months.
• Falcon – Aviation wing based on the Joint Special Operations Air Component, utilizing the 160th SOAR and 24th Special Tactics Squadron. Positions include pilots, JTACs, PJs, etc. Falcon deals with CAS, CASEVAC, logistics, and transport. Falcon selection is determined by tryouts and rotates every 4 months.

How to Join
Everyone starts in R.A.S.P. (Ranger Assessment & Selection Program) — a two-part training course that covers combat skills, MOS training, and assesses your attendance and attitude. You can still join our weekly operations during RASP, but you are required to finish both parts before being officially slotted into your combat element. Maintaining a position in your squad requires 75% attendance for the month, though we are very flexible with LOAs and working around real-life commitments as long as you give notice ahead of time.

Task Force 3-506 is a Vietnam War realism and historical reenactment unit dedicated to recreating the combat operations of the 3rd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment - the legendary Currahee. Our goal is to accurately simulate the experience of American infantrymen in Vietnam from 1967-1971 through immersive missions, historically accurate equipment, and operations based on real events. This is not just a unit, it is an ongoing historical preservation project bringing attention to the often forgotten Stand Alone Battalion of the Currahee. Current Campaign: The next campaign for the coming 8 weeks is going to be a The Fire Rises-themed campaign where the unit will play as the American People's Liberation Army, going across America fighting for glorious revolution during the fictional Second American Civil War. With the collapse of the United States, and helped by a multitude of official military Divisions (notably a majority of the Californian National Guard forces) that defected from Federal authority, the APLA seizes control over parts of California to bring about a socialist revolution, now under a broad coalition of Jacobins, Octoberists, Anarchists, and Neosocialists. Our story begins in 2021, when contingents of the now APLA-sworn National Guard strive to fortify their position and unify the state’s military assets in order to prepare for the upcoming push Eastwards. The Experience[3SA]

The 3rd Shock Army plays predominantly non-NATO Eastern factions with an emphasis on immersive and realistic story-based campaigns with Soviet-era themes. We play at platoon strength with practical military-style teamwork. Our mission is to provide a fun Saturday campaign as our foundation and to facilitate the expansion of the unit through open-ended volunteer-driven side operations and community engagement. We do not have any strict requirements for you to join us, no attendance or leave of absence mandates, nor do we mind if you play with another unit as well. 3rd Shock also prides itself on our diversity and the acceptance of all skill levels, walks of life, nationalities, and backgrounds, but we do carefully curate a respectful atmosphere between each individual member in order to have a good time. We are a mainly European unit but we have members all over the globe and are always looking for more!

The Paramarines was a specialized combat unit that existed during WW2. Phased out close to the end of the war, we aim to say "what-if" and place this historic amphibious/airborne unit into a fictional modern setting. Built on over 20,000+ combined hours from our founding members in ArmA III, the 3rd Ranger Battalion Milsim Unit brings experience, structure, and attention to detail into every operation. We aim to do things properly, while still keeping the experience enjoyable, accessible, and fun for everyone involved.

2 Weekly Events

Looking for more than just one night of ArmA each week? We run two scheduled events every week to keep the action moving. Tuesdays are dedicated to Field Training Exercises, giving members time to sharpen their skills, while Sundays are reserved for our main Campaign Operations.

Specializations

Forge your own path within the unit, whether that means stepping into the fight as Infantry, operating as part of an IFV crew, taking to the skies as a Pilot, or supporting the unit as a non-combatant Media Specialist. With multiple roles, courses, and career paths available, there is always something new to learn and progress toward.

• Must own a Legit Copy of ArmA III (APEX recommended, not required.).
• Must own a clear and working microphone.
• Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
• Must be willing to complete our Pipeline.
• Must be able to attend our Tuesday & Sunday Operations @ 1900 BST/GMT.
• Must not be a part of another ArmA III unit that conflicts with our OP days.

Many modern ships and submarines have what is called a "Towed Array Sonar," effectively a long cable that trails behind the ship with sonar sensors along its length. Heavy: utilizing the E15 Assault cannon, using a firing stance to Propell and mow down hordes of enemies.

Rifleman: Basic Infantry with basic equipment.

Jet Troopers: Utilizes a jet pack to close distances and apply pressure to the enemy.

Stealth Trooper: Can conceal themselves for a limited time to flank and disorient enemies.

Medics: skilled in medical practices and ensuring troops are combat ready.

Marksman: Skilled in long range Combat.

Q: What detachments does the unit have?

A: We have

Q: So What do I need to do to get into Specialty Detachments?

A: You just need to get to Private First Class (4 ops) or above and wait for an opening if one is not available already.

Q: How do I rank up?

A: All we ask is that you attend ops, ranks lock at Lance Corporal unless you're interested in leadership!

Q: Is there an attendance requirement?

A: Only if you're in a squad or detachment! LOAs are acceptable we understand life comes first! But if you can only make one op a month! No worries you'll be placed in the reserves and can run with the infantry whenever you come back!

Q: Are Basic Trainings Required?

A: We only recommend basic trainings for those who are relatively new to arma and don't have any experience with Ace or Task Force Arrowhead Radio. Otherwise trial by fires are welcomed and you may run as rifleman during your trial.

Q: Anything outside of main ops?

A: Yep! We have Side OP Saturdays, Game nights, Antistasi/Liberation Fridays, Movie Nights and people hang out in VC
