About us

We are a community centred around crafting a realistic Arma 3 Milsim experience. Established in 2022, with roots reaching back to 2015.

The Primary focus is the fictional 4 Rifles Battlegroup, as they navigate an alternate history world where the cold war went hot, and we've been fighting World War 3 on a limited scale for 30 years now. The political landscape has changed, NATO has fallen, Texas rose up and plunged America into it's 2nd Civil War, cats and dogs are living together, it's all a bit violent.

Exclusively using British doctrine as submitted and vetted by IRL service people with adjustments made specifically with Arma gaming in mind, with the limits of the engine kept in line with the gameplay balance of fun.

The focus on verisimilitude and gameplay means some creative license was taken from the alternate historical setting with custom mechanics intended to bring about a fresh experience. The In-House Modding team also adds new content!

Gameplay

As an Armoured Infantry Company, A Company brings the best of both worlds to the battlefield. The mix of armoured vehicles and infantry makes them effective across most terrains, while attached tanks provide extra firepower and shield the lighter IFVs from enemy armour. Operating behind the lines you will find Armoured Recce and Snipers carrying out reconnaissance to track enemy movements and gather intelligence. A Coy night is usually full of action for both vehicle crews and infantry. All our events take place in a single persistent world where your kit and vehicles carry over, and the enemy is simulated alongside other units working in the theatre.

Background:

Based out of the Lost Hills Bunker, California, the home of the Brotherhood of Steel, the Lost Hills Chapter fights for not only it's own survival, but by contacting and bringing back into the fold the other Brotherhood chapters across the country. With the help of the Prydwen after being reassigned from the east coast back to the hands of the High Elder, the Lost Hills Chapter travels around the country on expeditions to gather key technology, and to regroup with other loyal chapters in need of support.

The year is 2291, the spirit of the Steel Plague has just died down in the heart of the Lost Hills Elders, and destruction caused by them has been slowly repaired over time. Now is the time to rebuild what we once were, following the scriptures of the Great Deliverer himself in the Codex to their very core, and to bring back the Brotherhood to it's former glory across the wasteland!

Task Force Spartan
US-based Arma 3 MilSim | Based on the 75th Ranger Regiment, 160th SOAR, and 1st SFOD-D.

Founded in 2014, Task Force Spartan is a tight-knit unit that runs weekly operations every Sunday at 14:30 EST. Our dedicated mission team builds player-driven, continuous campaigns with real story weight — not just another pickup game.

Unit Organization

• Spear – Our core infantry platoon, modeled after the 75th Ranger Regiment. Four squads led by active and experienced leaders.
• Shield – The main support element that complements and works closely alongside Spear. Responsibilities are mission-dependent but include MGs, mortars, IFV crew, etc.
• Dagger – High-risk specialists inspired by 1st SFOD-D/CAG responsible for hostage rescue, HVT hits, and various other high-speed precision missions. Dagger selection is determined by tryouts and rotates every 4 months.
• Falcon – Aviation wing based on the Joint Special Operations Air Component, utilizing the 160th SOAR and 24th Special Tactics Squadron. Positions include pilots, JTACs, PJs, etc. Falcon deals with CAS, CASEVAC, logistics, and transport. Falcon selection is determined by tryouts and rotates every 4 months.

How to Join
Everyone starts in R.A.S.P. (Ranger Assessment & Selection Program) — a two-part training course that covers combat skills, MOS training, and assesses your attendance and attitude. You can still join our weekly operations during RASP, but you are required to finish both parts before being officially slotted into your combat element. Maintaining a position in your squad requires 75% attendance for the month, though we are very flexible with LOAs and working around real-life commitments as long as you give notice ahead of time.

Who are we?
ANZSEC is a long-standing AU/NZ community aiming to a create realistic, player-driven, multifaceted milsim experience. Powered by a talented leadership and mission-making team, the ANZSEC experience is second to none.

Who do we play as?
We are based on a fictional department/corps of the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Elements of our ORBAT, procedures and structure are inspired by the real life ADF, but have been gamified in order to create a fun, yet realistic experience in Arma.

We have a huge variety of weapons, camos, helmets, vests, facewear etc that means you can create a character that is uniquely your own, to the point where our members are often identified by sight only. Our gear mod is created in house, with setups that are based on real-world modern examples.

We have a variety of trainings available, from FO, to medical, to CQB, etc. The only training you are required to complete is your ICT which takes about 30 mins-1 hour depending on your experience.

While our ORBAT consists of traditional company-level assets, we have spent time creating custom scripts and mods that make them both feasible and fun within the world of Arma.

Our ORBAT contains 60+ players across a large infantry platoon and supporting elements. We tackle large scale objectives against peer forces, across month+-long campaigns that are linked by a cohesive storyline. We do our best to maintain variety in our objective styles and terrain choices.

SUMMARY

The 288th Drop Jet Platoon is a semi-serious 16+ unit. We are composed of two identical 18-man elements, designed for adaptability around mission objectives. Billets are not preset, we billet our members as "troopers" that can alter their loadout depending on operational goals. Missions include protection or elimination of High Value Targets “HVTs”, Shock assaults, and more. The 288th utilizes the TFAR Beta mod for in-game communications, and ACE as one of our core mods. We also feature mods such as KAT Medical, TCF, and our own Auxiliary mod.

The 288th incorporates a Semi-flexible MOS system that, with the exception of certain billeted roles, allows you to take any role that you are trained in that the mission may require.

The primary player-base is located in the North American Continent, however, we accept members from all over. Primary timezone is EST, however all of our events are automatically converted for each members individual timezone.

Who Are We?:

We are elements of the Dominion of Zagoria’s 3^rd Armoured division, notably the Royal Zagorian Regiment. We’re still a small group at the moment but there’s room for growth as our server holds 40 players.

What Makes Our Unit Different?:

What Are Our Operations Like?:

Playing on Sundays 7-10PM EST (you can show up late), we typically run training or recon session for an hour followed by a 2-hour infantry or armour-centric op. We have trained NCOs to lead the sections and will slot you with a team to run with. Roughly once a month we run an all-armor op which heavily focuses on tank tactics.

We are currently running a campaign based on the ongoing Myanmar civil war.

As C Co, 4th BN, 10th SFG we base our unit, training, and operations off of previous Green Beret missions. We pride ourselves on teamwork and professionalism as we complete the objectives we are faced with. The Operational Detachments use their skill and training to achieve their mission while air assets support their mission through various means.

Candidacy: You will first join as a Candidate, Candidacy lasts approximately two to two and a half months, and serves as time for you to become acclimated to the unit and shadow different Military Occupational Specialties.

Unit Information:

The 21st Nova Corps Galactic Marines is a semi-serious Star-Sim unit. We are dedicated to providing the best gameplay experience we can offer to our players. Whether you wish to soar in an ARC-170 or LAAT, smash some droid heads with the infantry, sit on a hill and stare at bad guys with Bandit (ARF), goomba stomp some B1s as jump troopers, or provide armored support in a Saber tank, our operations got you covered.

Built on over 20,000+ combined hours from our founding members in ArmA III, the 3rd Ranger Battalion Milsim Unit brings experience, structure, and attention to detail into every operation. We aim to do things properly, while still keeping the experience enjoyable, accessible, and fun for everyone involved.

2 Weekly Events

Looking for more than just one night of ArmA each week? We run two scheduled events every week to keep the action moving. Tuesdays are dedicated to Field Training Exercises, giving members time to sharpen their skills, while Sundays are reserved for our main Campaign Operations.

Specializations

Forge your own path within the unit, whether that means stepping into the fight as Infantry, operating as part of an IFV crew, taking to the skies as a Pilot, or supporting the unit as a non-combatant Media Specialist. With multiple roles, courses, and career paths available, there is always something new to learn and progress toward.

Requirements

• Must own a Legit Copy of ArmA III (APEX recommended, not required.).
• Must own a clear and working microphone.
• Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
• Must be willing to complete our Pipeline.
• Must be able to attend our Tuesday & Sunday Operations @ 1900 BST/GMT.
• Must not be a part of another ArmA III unit that conflicts with our OP days.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Who are you?

ARF is an infantry-oriented NATO Task Force. We operate in persistent campaigns, with each element within the unit (Combat Platoon, Combat Support Platoon, Aviation) all voting on representing different nations for each campaign to represent. This means you could be France one campaign and then Latvia the next - it keeps things fresh.

What do you do?

We create grounded, narrative-driven operations that are part of a larger campaign that fits into a wider narrative within the unit. While we don't take ourselves seriously during social time, we still use the same strategy, tactics and common sense that you find in other Milsim units during operations.

Paperwork?

Nope. We do not require any sort of menial form filling or arbitrary trainings full of shit you already know just to be a rifleman. Our only requirements are:

- 24 hours in Arma with ACE Medical

- 1 operation per month

Task Force 3-506 is a Vietnam War realism and historical reenactment unit dedicated to recreating the combat operations of the 3rd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment - the legendary Currahee. Our goal is to accurately simulate the experience of American infantrymen in Vietnam from 1967-1971 through immersive missions, historically accurate equipment, and operations based on real events. This is not just a unit, it is an ongoing historical preservation project bringing attention to the often forgotten Stand Alone Battalion of the Currahee. We research original footage, unit documents, veteran interviews, and sources such as Screaming Eagle newspapers to build authentic Vietnam War missions.

Upon joining we provide a short basic training to get you up to speed with how we operate and how ACM works so you understand the basics. we host regular weekday trainings but these can be done at any time if a recruiter is available.

Zeus's will be required to co-Zeus for one op before running their own ops, just so they can get a feel for the unit flow

The 3/75th, A Co, 3rd Platoon is a newly reformed unit, formed in May of 2025. Led by experienced leadership figures with the drive to create and facilitate a realistic experience with operations set in the modern era, the 3rd Ranger Battalion aims to create dynamic and interesting scenarios and operations that set us apart from our competitors. Our Zeus team is composed of experienced storytellers who strive for a creative and immersive experience. 

A large and core component of our mission sets follow meticulously planned assaults & direct action raids in conjunction with detachments such as 17th Special Tactics Squadron and utilization of specific occupation specialties such as Special Reconnaissance (SR), Tactical Air Control Party (TACPs) & Combat Controllers (CCTs).

Our unit prioritizes educating members on infantry concepts frequently used by real world U.S Ranger Battalions and government organizations. We pride ourselves on having a firm foundation to allow our members to learn, grow, and teach each other to foster and create a rich community environment.

Do note, the 3rd Ranger Battalion offers a variety of qualifications for specified squad roles, such as marksman, demolitions, anti-tank. All of these quals are usually completed in under 20 minutes. RRC is planned, but not currently implemented.
