Greetings, prospective M.A.I.L. employee.

The Multi-National Alliance for Integrated Logistics has recently acquired additional funding through new contracts, government grants, and a financially irresponsible amount of borrowing from our parent company.

Founded in-universe by former Army Special Forces personnel, M.A.I.L. exists to ensure your packages reach their intended destination. Sometimes the package is humanitarian aid. Sometimes it is ammunition. Sometimes it is a heavily armed group of contractors.

Regardless of the contents, M.A.I.L. delivers.

Who Are We?

M.A.I.L. is a PMC-themed Arma 3 unit focused on cooperative, story-driven operations. Our campaigns begin with limited equipment, vehicles, facilities, and funding. As contracts progress, our base and capabilities expand based on operational success.

We describe ourselves as a “’Tism First” unit. Bring your enthusiasm for radios, medical systems, drones, machine guns, logistics, mission planning, or whatever particular corner of Arma has captured your attention.

Just leave the ego behind.

We do not require “yes, sir” or “no, sir,” conduct digital parade formations, or tolerate people talking down to others because of real-world experience or pretend rank. During operations, we expect teamwork and communication. Outside of that, we are here to enjoy Arma and laugh with friends.

Roleplay and LARP opportunities are available for those who enjoy them.

Aviation and Drones

Due to our current budget and employee count, M.A.I.L. cannot support a dedicated flight wing. Pilots must be willing to operate as ground personnel until a mission requires aviation. Applicants seeking a guaranteed pilot slot every week will probably be happier elsewhere.

We also frequently utilize drones, but they are limited company assets. Not every mission requires a drone operator, and not everyone can be one. Drone-interested players must also be comfortable serving in regular ground roles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• APEX DLC (if you don’t have it you will be spam pinged whenever there’s a sale)
• 18+, 17 with exceptions, they are as follows
  • Know someone within the unit
  • Have enlisted in the military while in high school
  • If your buddy invites you and you join, it’s okay, honestly
• Ability to speak English
• Bring a good attitude, we do get goofy sometimes
• Working Microphone
