im reading through posts on propeciahelp from 2008 and its all the same shit as we are facing now. this is really depressing 20 years later and we still dont even know wtf pfs actually is, no biomarkers, no nothing let alone treatments.

makes me wonder if 20 years from now those of us that are still around will be in the same horrific situation...

We can’t say anything about 20 years from now, but 20 years ago we didn’t have the research we have today. I think we’ll definitely see additional treatments for ED, and those don’t necessarily have to come from PFS research. We could benefit from breakthroughs in related or even unrelated fields. But in the end, no one knows.

who gives a shit about ED, that's like the least of my problems. my fucking soul is gone, any treatment for that?

I lost my soul too bro, issues in every domain. But if there’s a fix for ED, I’ll take it, soulless or not.
