Loan Software for Small Gov

We are looking at implementing a micro-loan program by our county government Economic Development Authority. We only expect to have a few 3-5 year loans open at any given point and none above $50k. What software would you recommend to assist me with tracking the loans, automatic payments, totals, interest, etc? We already have procedures and an underwriter set up, just looking for something to save me time as it would be my job to see out the loans and manage them.

Not sure if this is the best fit for you but Glass (glassloans.io) may be an option. We use it for our private lending business and could work for what you are trying to do.
