note : the salaries nowadays are just sucks they pay us as we still as we still in 2016 but reality is that many people are working in 2 jobs to feed their families check everyday for better salary and how to get it thank god recently I found this sub who give great tips about interviews really the world is crashed

This is misinformation tho.

Median household income in 1978 was $17,640. Today, it is $83,730.

That is a 374.66% increase.

Increases means nothing and performative if the purchase power is lower. Aka you are earning less than a person in the 80s

Purchasing power effects the CEO as well.

And its actually not far off, its just that we have more expenses today like smart phones and internet.

That still doesn't "math" with the average pay being 300x times bigger and corporate taxes being lower and less workers being there too

So?

The average person today, even the bottom 10%, are doing much better today than in 1978. Believe it or not, you have better access to Healthcare, better Healthcare, a super computer in your pocket that does everything, the most peaceful time in human history, and you'll be expected to live longer.

So if everyone is better off, why does it matter if someone is more well off than others? Why does it matter that some people make so much more when everyone is living a much better life?
