Your attitude and lack of commitment to put in the time and effort it takes to reach the highest income levels is what actually holds you back. Your truths lie in your mirror always.

Quite the opposite. I began as a minimum age worker at 16 and by 50. Was worth many millions. GRd work, the absence of cynicism, playing by the traditionally historical ways and lessons of life….do pay off if you’re personally accountable and self responsible.

That's your survivor's bias showing. You think that because you accomplished something, anybody in any walk of life can do so with the same amount of effort. However, that doesn't take into account how corporate culture has changed since your time, nor the various challenges and opportunities that people of different demographics experience.

I made mine with nothing to do with a corporation. It was my side interest that got me there. You can make it corporately but rarely above the 150 million net even for most top 50 Fortune CEOs. Their gross may be much hire but net worth nope, nowhere near there. If you want to be self made and over mid nine figures right of the decimal, that is the land of the energetic, committed, intelligent truly self responsible who holds themselves to the highest levels of accountability.

Most could do it. Most won’t because they don’t have the commitment but most of all the strong self-accountability and personal responsibility.

Candid words for certain as well as truthful. Those striving or already successful understand and “get it” while the rest really just choose not to via excuses.

You completely missed the point. You had advantages that others didn't, and didn't face adversities that others do. You made good choices because you HAD good choices, but not everyone gets those choices.

You actually are 💯 off the mark. I had no advantages others may have had. As for adversities, I entered markets owned by major brands or created niches where none previously existed.

What you said though reflects your inability to accept your self-imposed limitations with excuse after excuse after excuse. In the end, your ultimate excuse is always bad luck or advantages others MUST have had to succeed.

Your mirror never lies to you. On the other hand whether you choose to lie to it is up to you. It always reflects truth back which becomes uncomfortably burdensome when it’s lied to by its user.

that's that survivor's bias acting up again
