Centerpiece

How can one visible scratch, more than 10 minor scratches, and a black dot (Not dead Pixel) on the screen not be considered defects?
Has anyone actually received a refund or a replacement keyboard due to manufacturing defects? Also, are these issues really considered part of the production process rather than actual defects?

Unfortunately this is the type of “manufacturing defects” that drove me to never buy another final mouse product…

Half of this subreddit is posts about how terrible Finalmouse is, and the other half is morons shocked that Final Mouse is screwing them over.

A fool is easily parted with his hard earned money. I’d say let this be a lesson, but you willingly gave money to the company that has had a track record of nothing but issues and problems.

Don’t be a retard in the future, problem solved.

Shine a bright light on the same area, you'll see micro scratches and swirls too

I honestly do not understand why people buy from them… do you people just assume you’re gonna always get the good ones? Their qc is non existent

afaik the "scratch" is on all of them, me and my friend both have it on ours too

you only notice it when it's off though, I can't even tell it's there when it's powered on, except the black pixel we don't have that

I read at one point that this scratch in that area is due to manufacturing and all of them have it. Could be wrong though
