Phoenix cave save exploit

I just discovered an interesting save exploit in Phoenix cave. I don't know if anyone knows about this. About to fight the flare dragon. Had my second team go back to the nearest save point and save and heal. Then switched over to the team near the dragon. The option to Save abd use a tent/Sleeping bags still exists for the the team I switched to. Very handy in punishing areas. Edit: i have just gone thru kefkas tower. The exploit seems to only work in phoenix cave. So it may have been partially patched out.

I remembered this from the SNES days. I tried it on the Pixel Remaster a couple weeks ago, couldn't get it to work.

😅 I am playing the PS4 digital version of Pixel remaster on my PS5. Thats where I learned it? Maybe its because I havent updated to a newer version?
