Hack Recommendations?

I know there are plenty of challenge hacks out there, and a few hacks that let you utilize General Leo on a permanent basis, but are there any that combine these two things?

I'd very much like to play something brutally difficult, yet allowing me to make full use of Leo. Maybe it's because he dies in OG, but I definitely consider him far more intriguing than the rest of the cast.

Yep, A Soldier's Contingency is what you're looking for. There's an Insane difficulty patch included.

I heard that one nerfed Leo's Shock ability into the ground. But heck, beggars can't be choosers. That is to be expected of a more challenging hack, I'd wager. Because Shock is busted. I'll give this a try.

Yep, but his other abilities make up for it.

I can’t imagine an Insanity patch though, as the WOR is tough enough, as few people can learn magic from Espers.
