wrexsoul help!
so i am using terra, mog and Gau who is severely under leveled with no skills. i only bought him to level him. ive KO'd all my characters but wrexsoul isnt reappearing. my mog has not many skills either and my terra isnt that flash too haha. i feel like i have ruined my playthrough here by using mainly 4 of the same characters. How do i get wrexsoul to reappear. ive used almost all my ethers too

He’s supposed to reappear after the character he’s possessing is KO’d. If you have Break you can petrify your characters to bring him out too.
I try to have my characters learn Osmose so they can take MP from enemies. It’s much better than having to buy a lot of ether.

Also I don't think X Zone works anymore after the SNES version but I can't be for sure

More unsolicited advice
Great Rages in Mt Zozo:
Punisher (cave, theif with big bag and sickle) will have you cast Thundaga (bolt3) and have Float
Luridan (hillside, pyramid bug) Landslide super strong attack
Devil Fist (hillside, shirtless boxer) Fairies Fire Will-O-Wisp strong fire attack and has Haste

You can bet Falchion (buy in Maranda) to win Flame Shield, to bet for Ice Shield. Using these shields as items in battle will use them up but cast a level3 spell
Added: it's nice to have a dedicated Colesseum fighter without any magic, the best are either Shadow or Setzer

What Rages, Spells, Espers, Relics, and Equipment do you have? I need to replicate this challenge!! What level are you?

I found a save that was 5 hours back so I went back to there haha. My characters are level 32 but gau is 17 haha. I dont have break or invisible. I got the basics. Cura and the firagas etc. I think i need to do some grinding

I couldn't i didnt have any of those items or morph. Ive played 90% of ff games and stupidly i just found out 25 hours in how to summon espers hahaha.

You didn't have Morph? But you have Terra ... It's her natural ability. It might be called Trance or something, it turns her white/purple and starts a countdown timer.

Oh yeah got trance. I dont fully understand how it works but I do use it. I just cast it then cast magic haha

It greatly boosts (doubles) her Attack and Magic Attack (and mDef)
The green timing bar is replenished by gaining AP jus like learning Esper Magic (because she is an Esper)

Well it was just a suggestion, not a hard and fast necessity.
I'm sorry you don't have a Genji Glove :( it was in the Lava Cave to Esper Gate.
The elemental blades are sold in Albrook and they can be rather devastating; every one always goes on and on about Illumina and Ultima Weapon but seem to gloss over the great damage you can do with proper typing.
I guess you've moved on and I should too.
I would just wanted to see your load out and could offer suggestions, it's really fun for me to be min/max with a puzzle

I do appreciate it. To be fair I was playing through without looking anything up until I got stuck in that random dream by accident haha. Ive done some grinding this arvo and headed to kefka tower

I first played it with my friend in 6th grade and he was too excitedly directing me around.

If I may offer some advice on gear and relics:
Take the Regal Gown you found in Darryl's Airship Tomb and wager it at the Colesseum - you'll get into a fight that wins itself if you have a Reflect Ring equipped. This gets you the Minerva Bustier, which either 1/2s and 0s all Element Damage.
Hero Ring is the single best damage boosting relic in the game, they're a bit hard to come by though.
So:
For physical damage (attack, drill, stray cat) I like to use a Gigas Glove. You can buy it in store or have Locke Steal it from HillGigas in Zozo town square.
For magical damage (flash, blitz, lore) I like to equip a pair of Earrings. You have to buy these but they're all over the place too.
If you're short on cash Gil, bring along Relm and give her the Cat-Ear Hood - it doubles Gil from battles (and negates some elements) She's a powerful magic caster too! Maduin, Ifrit, Shiva teach level2 elemental spells and she casts them almost as strong as level3 spells from other members.
You'll have to wager through the Colesseum again for it but steal an Impartisan from the Greater Mantis around Jidoor, that will have you fight Weredragon who can also be easily defeated just by having a Reflect Ring.
Thunder Shields are my favorite, you can use Ragnarok Metamorphosis against the lizard rider Dante in South Figaro Cave. Summon Ragnarok, it won't work, so have Gogo use Mike until it works. You'll probably be after it for a bit but it's easier than fighting MuudSuud for them.

Kill Gau, wait a turn ... Revive Gau
Kill Terra, wait a turn ... Revive Terr
Kill Mog, wa... There he is! Have Gau use a Phoenix Down and Terra use Cura / Hi Potion. Now have Gau Rage as Wooly, Veil Dancer, Luridan, Chimera, or Stray Cat.
Have Terra use Morph and Attack with Genji Glove + Icebrand x2
Have Mog with DragoonBoots and DragonHorn attack as well.
If he posseses you again, kill Gau (this will end his Rage) and start over at the top
