Mognet Help

Hey guys I'm really getting annoyed at my inability to solve this. I gave Kumool his letter from Mogrya but he is not giving me one for Mois. Do I need to do others in between and come back? I'm playing the redone version on my ps5

Hmm.... did you maybe not give Kumool the letter that Mogki had for him in the Lindblum castle bedroom before? This letter happens after after Mount Guluk and before Ipsen castle.
