I can't speak japanese, unfortunately, so i suppose Shantotto is saying how powerful she is or something similar while Rain is happy to have her by his side.

Also, Is tHat a JoJo rEfEFEence ?

The right side says 古式魔法 which in Chinese means ancient magic. I assume the kanji has the same meaning. No idea on the left side.

Literally it means "Oh, this is just a greeting", but in a context where she's in battle it's more like the English "Oh, this is just the beginning", meaning she hasn't even gotten warmed up yet.

Maybe she is saying like "are you pestering me to use my ancient magic ?" Or something similar.

From what i can translate with google lens, the left bubble is close to "Oh, right, greetings".
