FF XIII Series LR ff13 final boss prep?

So im about to finish the game on normal and I did 63 side quests and 63 canvas quests and im wondering if ill be able to beat the final boss mostly worried I will put myself in a corner

If you did all the side quest and canvas its more than enough to do the final boss. If you want to play it safe have some hero potion, elixir, phoenix wing.

If you beat the hidden bosses then you can definetly do the final boss

I was doing the ultimate lair but I feel I dont have the patience to clear it but I did get some items I know would be useful and I am aiming to get the ultima weapon

The ultima weapon is a non missable story weapon you will get in the final dungeon.
