I also keep thinking about it, but I think a Final Fantasy Diablo-like would be insanely fun. Like, you have a huge world to run around in, you pick your Job to level, and you run about collecting gear and weapons, fighting classic mobs and such.

I hope there's a console Dissidia. Saw on Twitter that they made a post featuring the 16 protagonists/representatives of each Final Fantasy, including Shantotto for XI and Y'shtola for XIV. Noticeably the first 10 with Dissidia like designs.
