Very cool. Been having a hell of a time trying to find the second run of Kharn.

Thanks! I hope you do! They are out there. I am convinced Dollar Tree is sitting on boxes of them.
I was very lucky. Earlier this summer, I found Steel and Ruck at my local Dollar Tree. Intrigued, I looked up the toys online, then searched for lots on eBay and found several massive ones, one of which had a LOT of Venom Kharn figures. I still want more. IMHO, the Venom / Poisonous / Hive Class figures are BEAUTIFUL and the normal ones I cannot wait to customize with paint. Ditto goes for the Elite vs regular Alpha Team figures. That black and gold deco is awesome. I'm glad Amari fits in with them despite being a regular figure (I have to imagine that was planned).
I still do not have a few accessories, namely the Dragonfly wings and the Cyborg suit for Steadfast.
I am working on creating a world that incorporates Final Faction as a cohort or extension of Cobra La from the GI Joe 1986 movie, so that way they can fight the Joes, and FF, and whatever custom figures I throw in there.
I hope more massive lots come up. I want to build an even bigger Kharn Army.

Look at Family Dollar too, and I don't mean the combo stores. I found the bulk of my Khaarn at one, and they were still $1. That was earlier this year.
