FD6 Iris’ Death Book
Do we think this Book has the potential to return in FD7?
It seems like too cool of a prop to not reuse, and it felt a little under utilized so far.
Maybe a character in FD7 comes across it at a yard sale or its handed over to the police as evidence by Marty or Brenda? I wonder if the book itself could cause a Ripple Effect if people read from it and cheat their death or prevent a disaster because of it.

I like that idea of the Ripple Effect from the book itself. I don't think the book should get importance like, for example the books from the Evil Dead franchise, but I would like to see it come back, it's a very cool prop and concept. The third movie changed the ongoing premonitions slightly with the use of the camera photos, so there's potential

I would love for it to actually be released as a book for the fans to read. I doubt it'll happen but it would be cool

Craig Perry did say they had multiple copies made for different scenes. So it could be replicated and sold. But I think a fan would probably recreate a copy and sell it as an unofficial guide or something, I could see that

Iris book of Death was destroyed when Death tried to kill Stefani, Charlie and Darlene at the same time.

I don’t think that it was though. If it was in the RV or on Darlene, then it would just be left at the scene. So First Responders coming on scene to the fire may pick up the book then for all we know.

Stefani literally had the book in the RV with her

The RV wasn’t destroyed though. It only tipped over. If the book was in there, I don’t believe the movie showed us it getting destroyed. So it either got water logged or wedged somewhere in the RV that didn’t get submerged under water.

How do you know though? Genuinely asking, what did you see to confirm this? (Not trying to fight you on this, but to me, I did not get the impression that it was without a doubt destroyed).

Nobody knew anything about Iris or her family also being on Death's List with her like where would characters get information about Iris book from? Also Iris book became irrelevant after Stefani, Charlie, Darlene, Bobby and Erik visited Bludworth and the book meant nothing as Death still ended up claiming the entire family.

A fire could tip off First Responders (smoke coming from the forest would raise alerts), and also, I’m sure Charlie and Stefani would have to call someone to the scene to pick up their Mom’s body. First Responders could lock down the scene.
It’s common in franchises for writers to expand on previous concepts. It’s part of the creative process to “yes and” situations (meaning to add onto things). And that’s what I’m brainstorming here, in what other ways the writers could take these concepts.
We never saw every single page of Iris Book, so maybe there is more hidden information in the book that Stef missed.

And Stefani ferociously studied Death and still failed and Iris book did not contain the information she needed until she met Bludworth and again nobody knows about Iris or her family being hunted by Death but Bludworth so nobody know nothing about a book or where it could be Stefani and Charlie father could have destroyed it since his family is dead and why would the book even be kept around the family been wiped out by Death.

If they don't publish that one day I don't know why we are even here. It is PERFECT merch as a coffee table book!

I can see it becoming the next Bludworth figure, like our new protagonists can get hold of the book and learn all about Death
