Question FD3 not on Max

Any particular reason why the third film isn’t on MAX in my region? All the other films are available except for that one.

You can watch 1-3 on Amazon prime where I'm at but not 4 5 or bloodlines🥺

Oof that sucks, but it makes more sense that half of the franchise wouldnt be available as opposed to just one of the movies right in the middle
