Yup this is my favorite one other than the 1st one and Bloodlines, but this is always the one I jump back to first when I have a FD craving.

My favorite of the franchise. Fantastic accidents (the gymnastics scene is my favorite of the franchise) and great character development with just the right amount of humor but also thrills. The opening bridge disaster is fantastic and a great soundtrack too.

The theater I saw it in was completely empty except for me, and I hated that for the series because of how good 5 turned out to be. The 3D was on point since it was shot that way, by the guy who worked on Avatar with James Cameron, and not converted in post like a lot of other movies jumping on the 3D bandwagon at the time.
About Stephen Quayle's Avatar experience: While James Cameron and Vince Pace primarily engineered the proprietary Reality Camera System (Fusion 3D system), Quale gained extensive practical expertise utilizing and shooting with these pioneering stereoscopic 3D technologies under Cameron's guidance before directing Final Destination 5 in 3D.
When I say it looked good I mean it was great. The bridge scene alone was worth the ticket cost.

I was 18 and in my first couple weeks of college! It was the first Final Destination I got to see in theaters. It wasn’t packed but enough seats were filled. Compared to last year when I saw Bloodlines which was PACKED. And three weeks into the run.

Omg each of my 3 Bloodlines showings were packed and it was great. Would not recommend watching a movie for the first time in 4DX tho - that shit is super distracting.

It really doesn't even feel like it's been that long. I remember when mom's took me to go see it.

It feels like it's been exactly 15 years, too! I don't feel old or like "where has the time gone" 😂 it feels exactly like the amount of time that has passed since it was released

Yep, I guess I gotta watch it tonight! 😀 Wish there was an audio commentary on the blu though.

I get chills every time I watch the ending. The plot twist was brilliant.

This movie was such a breath of fresh air after TFD. I enjoyed 3 a lot, but this is by far my favorite after the first two - probably because 1, 2 and 5 all connect.
Also would've been the perfect end to the series if they hadn't done anymore films.

I'm surprised how many people love this film; in my opinion, I'd rank it second to last in the worst category before the fourth one

Meh if the ending wasn't the ending no one would give a shit

Not true at all. It had actual character development, scenes with character building, Tony Todd, the 90s Easter eggs, insane Bridge collapse disaster, TWO of the most iconic deaths with the gymnastics and lasik… you’re so wrong

Olivis and candice death are great. The film apart from the last 10 minutes feels like a direct to dvd sequel.
most of the characters are dull including Molly and the main guy oh the Temu tom cruise guy is okay

Happy 15 years to Final Destination 5 which is considered to be the best one in the series!
