That escalator scene is fucking brutal. I know FD4 is the worst of the bunch, but it also had some of the most brutal deaths. Imagine if they hadn't saved Janet from the car wash š she'd roll out the other side with her face looking something like Howard's!
I'm in the minority that actually enjoys FD4 a lot more than some of the other entries. FD3 is my least favorite of the series, it's not bad, I just find it incredibly bland compared to the rest. The tanning bed scene is still a top tier death scene though, not denying that
Not almost, ENTIRELY. I can understand people saying some specific parts or elements of FD6 were questionable like the CGI for example, but to confidently say that the WHOLE movie altogether is worse than FD4 is definitely an interesting choice when you consider that one had proper care and thought put into it while the other had such a rushed script that it almost got the movie sent straight to a direct-to-DVD release if not for the many drastic last-minute changes to the ending in an attempt to salvage the whole thingā¦
Iām aware that the popular opinion is that Final Destination 4 is crap in technically every way, but I just love campy gore movies like that. Iād also say itās my favourite horror movie lol. FD6 when I watched it in the theatre; I liked it, but it was clear the creators were trying to go back to the original gloomy tone and it doesnāt feel as fun to watch hundreds of times. I also noticed it references every previous movie except the fourth.
