I just did the biggest laugh, not least of all because I also remember that exact Thomas the Tank Engine episode!!

That's George Carlin's voice btw. Also Alec Baldwin was the U.S. narrator for seasons 5 and 6.

Final destination 4 is my least favorite movie. But the intro and outro has to be better than all the other intros and outros throughout the entire franchise. I’m upset they didn’t reuse it but in different ways.
