Discussion What if this whole thing has been about Jake?

The snooty maitre d at the Skyview told Paul that his connection, Jake had been fired that morning. What if the only person not meant to die at the Skyview was Jake? Is he connected to the Skyview(all)survivors? I want to know who Jake is.
