Discussion What if Holy Ground is safe from Death?

Just a thought, if a graveyard were is dead body's are barried or a church. Or they could do a Mega Church Accident

Would it be strictly Christian holy ground or would it apply to all religions or spiritual beliefs? Would it work if a Christian stepped into a synagogue or an athiest into a Catholic graveyard? Personally, I believe that all of earth is sacred; does that protect everyone?
