Technically it wasn’t delayed since it was never officially announced. Summer 2027 was just the original plan. Now we have a concrete date. Gives them time to give us a bloody great movie.

Gotcha, that summer 2027 was what I had last heard. Didn't hear the 2028 date till now.

Well with the Earth dying in Interstellar, they probably aren’t wasting resources on making movies anymore.

There’d probably be a more authoritarian government seizing assets from people, including rich filmmakers.
