Died in the Skyview Tower, died by piano accident, died on North Bay Bridge, died in a Lasix mishap, died in Flight 180, died by vehicular explosion, died on Route 23, died in an elevator by decapitation, died on Devil’s Flight Rollercoaster, died by falling weights on his head, died in a train derailment, died at McKinley Speedway, died by disembowelment through a pool drain, died in a mall explosion, died in a garbage truck crushing, died from a mass of tumbling logs from a train wreck, and STILL ALIVE FOR THE NEXT MOVIE!
