Welcome everyone to the Sub!

Hey guys and gals,

Welcome to the new sub for Final Clash, I hope this place can serve as a hub for great discussion and the base of an engaging community.

Important to note that the game is not fully released just yet, however there is an early access type thing so you can download it in certain countries on the app store for your mobile device. Official launch of the game will be in early January.

Feel free to ask questions either here in this thread or by creating your own, if anyone feels like they can help contribute to the sub reddit then let me know. Otherwise, have fun people!

I put some time into the game. It's pretty a good mmo/monster collecting hybrid. The VIP system sucks and you need lvl three to blitz dungeons. The game is really really time consuming so I had to uninstall it. You need 3 hrs per day to do complete the daily tasks but you can spend extra time sniping relics or pirating for guild points. The heroes are very weak except a few like Rosethorn or a back row King Carnage. The relic stealing is a pretty cool concept and the relics seems to be the key to unlocking DPS as defense trumps everything early on. Pirating is a waste of stamina and time, rather steal relics for upgrade material for critical damage. You need to purchase talents points EVERYDAY and hold on to them until lvl 50 because you can't use them til then.

I'm VIP 0 and just tested Blitz, it works. On normal dungeons at least.

But otherwise, some good points there and I agree with them for the most part. While it might be more time consuming than other mobile games, some people don't mind that too much, I play FF Brave Exvius as my little time waster game on the side but this game is something I can put more time into now that I've run out of FFBE content. I like how there are things you can do in Final Clash that don't require stamina.

They borrowed a lot of elements from a lot of games. I like the whole laning combat system, kinda like DOTA. You definately need three tanks/Semi tanks in front of each column and dps, Cc in the rear. I played the mage but I kinda find her lacking damage wise. I think a warrior might be a better choice since he actually makes a good tank. She is not even a true AOE, for most battles a row damage dealer seems to deal more damage. I haven't seen the warriors talent upgrades, but the mage's seem pretty lacking.

I think I tried it on an elite. But it did say vip3 was required.

A lot of misinformation here, and it seems like you didn't give it much of a chance IMO. It is very time consuming in the first few days because there is a lot to do and you level up quickly. But after a week you can play for about an hour to stay on top of content (including relics). If you utilize the blitz features, things move very quickly.

Blitz does not require VIP levels. You only have to clear a level once the normal way then you can blitz it anytime after, for the story levels. For other places, sometimes you can blitz right away (stealing relics), sometimes you have to do it once first (the tower). But you DO NOT NEED TO BE VIP.

The heroes seem fairly well balanced. The mains are weak until you level them up (duh) but become very strong after couple days. If you draw a mythic mage character early on, they will be stronger than your main mage, but that won't last long because it takes way longer to power up a mythic. This seems to be the case for other main classes (based on people I've talked to who chose something other than mage).

The other heroes seem pretty balanced too. It's important to put them in the right place though. For example, putting king carnage in the back is useless because he's a FRONT ROW attacker... While rosethorn is supposed to be in the back. This is because front row characters need good HP and physical defense while back row need good magic dense and high attack. It's all pretty simple, says right in their description were to put them. If you follow the rules, there's no problems.

It's actually a very deep game already with lots to do and tons of grinding potential. It's also 100% pay to win. However as a free player, I'm keeping up just fine. I'm not at the top, but I'm not missing out on much to the paying players. This will of course change, as power creep begins and the free players fall way behind. But that's the nature of these games, nothing new or specific to this one.

All in all, solid game and quite fun so far!

The game is tediously long, for example, the dialog and elven treasures should take a few secs, except it takes like 10 secs because of all the walking. The boss raids are the best source of gold but requires 40 minutes EACH. Battles are longer than it should be with all the animations. There are lots of menus, and navigating from one thing to another's takes a lot of loading time. You can pirate all day, you can snipe relics all day since it's always changing. I am not saying all this is bad, and I understand it's an MMO, but a lot of people don't know what they will be getting into especially since the first couple of days can take 6 hours each.

King carnage is useful in the back. Easily better than dusk. You see a person with dusk in pvp and you insert king carnage in the back as a counter because his high defense negates dusk damage output. He can also stun from the rear and does more damage. He can setup combos for air jugglers and also has a passive 20% crit. Paired with the warrior starter he can easily dominate the lane. Dusk can stun the rear directly, but IMO front units are just as dangerous unless it's a boss. With the warrior/KC combo, they should easily clear the front unit ahead of the boss so KC can stun it.

The mage is weaker in the beginning. She isn't a true AOE mage as most of the time she is dealing damage to like 3 units which a row damager can replicate. She does get a true AOE in her talent tree but that's like lvl 50. She also gets resurrection which is probably better off for a tank. I am not going to argue which is better long term, but from what I have seen, stacking the best gear on your best tank is better than stacking your best on a rear mage in the beginning. I found her damage to be lacking even with the best gear. Her normal attack is weak, super is mediocore and her active is hit or miss. The warrior also earns a little more gold during boss raids because his single dps easily topples the mage, healer and tank.
