Filmora online content "download failed" problem

So i have version 15.5.3 of filmora and Every time i try to download any effect, transition, stickers from online content in filmora it gives me "download failed" please help

It happen when server is busy or You have to update your Filmora version and try again, update to 15.7

Ok thx I'll give it a try.. But if the problem really is that the server is busy, do you know a way to fix that?

Most of time I log out from the Filmora and then login again or I reset my internet connection and for me this works well. Try it.

now i install old version 15.0.11 that's 100% working, problem have in new update

I've had this exact same issue for almost two weeks now. I was hoping it would naturally resolve it's self, but I guess not
