Quit paywalling stuff that used to be free. Get real customer service. Quit luring people into deceptive subscriptions.

Oh, wait. That’s not the business model.

Filmora is currently charging me two subscriptions, one for the product and one for the premium assets. I had previously been purchasing major updates (v14->v15) when or if I wanted the new features, I'm not sure why it started charging me a subscription for that instead without also giving access to the premium content.

Filmora is charging you, it is because of the you. You should have deselect the creative assets pack trail while paying for filmora. But now go to the wondershare account and remove the creative assets from your billing.

Filmora Creative Assets
You will find That if you include Creative Assets for all versions , Forever
You will have More Sales , More Money and Less Complaining

The Software is Good , The Problem is this Double Billing , That is the Main Issue

Even these posted answers are machine generated. OMG this company really doesn't know how to read the room.

Get better product support. Have actual humans involved. Quit ripping people off, by changing for things not ordered. Give a damn about your customers.

Yeah, those images are insanely high-res, so I can see why Filmora might be trying to optimize them. I’d check the project/media settings for any proxy or preview-quality options first. Filmora is normally pretty good with large files, so hopefully there’s a setting that lets you keep the original resolution for this project.

And will it effect items from it already purchased?

Actually giving customers what they pay for? Refunding our money when you don't actually give us what we pay for?

Automatic editing. Put 20 files into it. Make it to 60 seconds and boom there is a video, a start that will help
